2. Turmeric & Cinnamon Tea
2 cups of water
+ 1 tbsp. turmeric
+ 1 tbsp. cinnamon
+ raw honey
+ 2 tbsp. chopped ginger
3. Ginger Tea
Fresh ginger (1 inch piece)
+ 1 tbsp. Honey + 1/2 lemon
+ 2 cups of water
